BIM based breakdown maintenance management 

If ArchiCAD drawings of the buildings are available for the maintenance management, breakdown requests can come directly from ArchiCAD, furthermore existing requests can be assigned to ArchiCAD drawing elements. All you need to reach this function is installing Helpdesk for ArchiCAD Add-On for your ArchiCAD.

Due to GRAPHISOFT’s principal virtual building conception (BIM), all maintenance data of the building are contained by drawing elements and assigned to the maintenance requests by using Helpdesk for ArchiCAD Add-On.
